Privacy Policy

The short version

You give us a name, a phone number and a few details about your house so we can call you back about a foundation problem. We use them for that, we pass them to one foundation repair company that serves your area so they can arrange the inspection, and we don't sell them to anyone.

Information you send us

• Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you add it, your email address.
• Your city, and what you've noticed — cracks, sticking doors, uneven floors, drainage — plus any message you write.
• Which page you were on when you sent the request.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical data: the pages visited, the approximate city and country of the visit derived from the connection, the browser type and the site that referred you. We also count clicks on our call buttons. We use this only to understand which pages help people and to keep the site working. We don't use advertising trackers.

How your request is handled

When you ask for a call back or an inspection, we contact you to confirm the details and then share your name, phone number, city and the description of the problem with an independent foundation repair company that works where you live. From then on, that company handles the inspection, the estimate and any work you agree to, under its own policies.

We may also use your details to follow up on the same request — for example, to check that someone came out. We won't add you to marketing lists.

Service providers

The site runs on hosting and form-processing services that store or relay the information you send so it reaches us. They act on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as they're useful for handling and following up on your request, and generally no longer than a year, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. If you no longer want to be contacted about a request, just tell us when we call.

Age

The service is for adults arranging inspections or repairs on their own home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Updates

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
